Jennifer Bias (seated, at right), president of Ficek Electric & Communication Systems, is the winner of the third annual Small Business Technology Makeover Competition, with a prize package valued at $100,000. The competition was sponsored by the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC) in a collaborative partnership with sponsors CDW, Constant Contact, COSi, Directions Training Center, Falkor, MarketM, Microsoft and The Microsoft Store.
